  1. How much will it cost to advertise on the website?
    There is no cost for advertising on the site.

  2. How long has the website been online?
    The website was launched in April 2001.

  3. How often is is the Website updated?
    Every day by the Local Government Management Services Board

  4. How do I find a specific course on the site?
    To find a course: Click on search on the menu on the left hand side of the screen of the home page.
    If you know the course category, i.e. Customer Service, then selecting the Customer Service category and clicking Search will display the entire courses in this area.
    If you know the name of the trainer select it using the drop down box and click search.
    To select a trainer from a specific county, select that county and click the search button. All the trainers and courses from that county will be brought up.
    You can refine your search by using a keyword search.

  5. How do I add a course to my profile?
    Adding a course:
    Login as a trainer using your username and password.
    Then click on add a new course.
    Fill in the relevant course details.
    Click save.

  6. Is there a cost attached to using the site an information source?
    The website is free of charge to both advertisers and parties wishing to use the website to source training providers.

  7. How do I advertise the services offered by my organization on the website?
